The James Bay Community Project’s Family Development Worker and Youth and Family Outreach Worker offer counselling, information and support to families wanting to work on parenting or family concerns.  One of them will work with you and/or your child in your home or at our Family Centre to explore family strengths and needs, and to provide information and support to make changes.
Our Family Development Worker, Barbara Anderson can provide: crisis intervention with parents and/or children, long and short term counselling for parents and/or children, parenting information and support such as the Triple P Postivie Parenting program, and advocacy and support for parents, children and youth under twelve.  The Family Outreach worker is available to families in Victoria, including James Bay, Fairfield, Oak Bay and Central Victoria.
