James Bay Community Project is looking for a Receptionist/Office Assistant. This 37.5 hours/week position provides reception, clerical and program support and includes such tasks as opening and closing the building, assisting clients of JBCP and its tenants, responding to phone and email queries, data entry and administrative support. The position’s hours (8:00 to 4:00 Monday through Friday with an hour’s lunch break at mid-day) are not flexible. The Step 1 wage rate of this unionized position is $21.48 per hour, and includes a very generous benefits package including Municipal Pension Plan after successful completion of a 3-month probation period.
