The Nobody’s Perfect program for young parents was one of five winners in the City of Victoria Participatory Budgeting program.

“Participatory Budgeting empowers our residents to create community-led projects and decide how to spend a portion of the City’s budget,” said Victoria Councillor Sharmarke Dubow, Council Liaison to the City of Victoria Youth Council, at the event to announce this year’s recipients. “I thank everyone who participated and look forward to seeing these five important projects benefit youth in our city.”

Janessa Serediuk, JBCP Youth and Family Outreach Worker, (L) is steering the Nobody’s Perfect parenting program. She’s seen here at the announcement Oct. 2, 2019 with city councillor Sharmarke Dubow and JBCP ED Kaye Kennish.
